Boat Ride to Caticlan Jetty Port

Upon arrival at the departure point, you’ll embark on a picturesque boat journey to the Caticlan jetty port.

Leisurely Road Trip to Malumpati

From the Caticlan jetty port, you’ll continue your journey with a one-hour travel to Malumpati Cold Spring. This road trip offers a chance to witness the diverse landscapes of the region, from quaint villages to lush greenery. It’s an ideal time to relax and perhaps capture some scenic photos as you approach the enchanting destination of Malumpati.

Cancellation Policy

For Day Tour Guests:

Full Refund or Rescheduling: Available if you notify us via email or text at least 24 hours before the activity day. Please note that any bank service charges are not refundable.
Late Cancellations: No refunds or rescheduling options for notifications received less than 24 hours before the activity day.

Cancellation by Boracay Adventures Travel N Tours:

Before Tour Commencement: If we cancel the tour for any reason, including bad weather, you’re entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule (subject to slot availability).
After Tour Commencement: If the tour has started and we must cancel, abort, or cut it short due to unforeseen circumstances including bad weather, there will be no refunds or rescheduling options.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to Show: If you do not arrive on time for the tour, any payments made will be forfeited. If part of a group, the remaining balance for no-show participants will still be required.
