Mr. Peter Tay, a Singaporean & Permanent Resident of the Philippine with over 25years of management experiences is the Managing Director of the Company. He started his career in the diving industry and became one of the youngest PADI Master Instructor at age 24 with over 24 diving specialties under his belt. He is a PADI Course Director & PADI TecRec Instructor Trainer conducting Professional Courses and helping others to change their career. He worked in different resorts in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippine in different positions and through him, companies received numerous recognitions and awards.
He also received various awards for his Outstanding Customer Services, Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 by The Philippine Award for Customer Services Excellence and Philippine Top Choice Award. He was named as one of the Finest in the Travel Industry by SKAL International and the Most Influential Leaders In Tourism Industry by Global MICE Congress & Awards.
