From Airport to Hotel
- Meeting Point: Southwest Tours counter at the Caticlan Airport (MPH)
- Ride Duration: approximately 1 hour
- Please present your voucher to the staff and board a 10 minute bus ride to the Caticlan Jetty Port. The bus departs every 1-1.5 hours. You may request the bus schedule from the staff on duty
- As you arrive Caticlan Jetty Port, travelers will be requested to take a 30 minutes boat ride to Boracay
- A luggage fee of PHP50/luggage will apply when boarding the boat
- The staff will assist you in boarding the shared vehicle to your accommodation in Boracay as you reach the Jetty Port
-If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An applicable surcharge will be applied for waiting time exceeding 1 hour. The driver will inform you about the surcharge upon pickup.

From Hotel to Airport
- Meeting Point: Your hotel lobby in Boracay
- Ride Duration: Approximately 5 hours
- The driver will reach your hotel at least 4-5 hours prior to your flight departure time. You may refer to your voucher for a more accurare pick-up time
- You will be dropped off at the Boracay Cagban Jetty Port and ride a boat to Caticlan Jetty Port. As you reach Caticlan, you will then be transfered to a bus heading towards the airport (KLO)
- The driver's arrival time depends on the time of year, traffic, and other conditions. Should the travelers wish to postpone the pickup time, the local agency will not be responsible if the travelers' flights are missed
-The driver will pick you up 5 hours before the flight departure time. Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
