To ensure a seamless and convenient start to your helicopter tour experience, we offer direct pickup services for guests staying at hotels located along Station Zero and Station 1. Our dedicated transport team will arrive at your hotel at a pre-arranged time, ensuring you reach the helipad comfortably and punctually.

Centralized Pickup Point for Station 2 and 3 Guests

For guests whose accommodations are situated in Station 2 and Station 3, we have arranged a convenient and easily accessible pickup location. Please meet us at the prominent McDonald’s near D’Mall. This well-known landmark serves as an ideal central gathering point, making it straightforward for you to locate our pickup service. We will be there to escort you promptly to the helipad, ensuring no delays in beginning your exciting aerial adventure.

Additional Information

Please arrive at the chosen meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
Ensure you have all necessary items for the day (e.g., sunscreen, water, appropriate attire).

Cancellation Policy

For Day Tour Guests:

Full Refund or Rescheduling: Available if you notify us via email or text at least 24 hours before the activity day. Please note that any bank service charges are not refundable.
Late Cancellations: No refunds or rescheduling options for notifications received less than 24 hours before the activity day.

Cancellation by Boracay Adventures Travel N Tours:

Before Tour Commencement: If we cancel the tour for any reason, including bad weather, you’re entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule (subject to slot availability).
After Tour Commencement: If the tour has started and we must cancel, abort, or cut it short due to unforeseen circumstances including bad weather, there will be no refunds or rescheduling options.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to Show: If you do not arrive on time for the tour, any payments made will be forfeited. If part of a group, the remaining balance for no-show participants will still be required.
