Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Refunds are subjected to the following conditions: 
  • Cancellation of accommodation package 30days before departure: 50% REFUND. 
  • Cancellation of accommodation package less than 30days before departure: NO REFUND.
  • Cancellation of Activities 7days before departure: 90% REFUND. 
  • Cancellation of Activities 2days before departure: 50% REFUND. 
  • Cancellation of Activities 1day before departure: NO REFUND.
  • FULL REFUND will be given under 2 conditions:
  • 1. The Philippine Coast Guard CANCEL or STOP Activities Due To Bad Weather.
  • 2. Medical Condition (Must Have Proof By Medical Doctor).
  • Boracay Adventures Travel N Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances.
