Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds are subjected to the following conditions:
Cancellation of accommodation package 30days before departure: 50% REFUND.
Cancellation of accommodation package less than 30days before departure: NO REFUND.
Cancellation of Activities 7days before departure: 90% REFUND.
Cancellation of Activities 2days before departure: 50% REFUND.
Cancellation of Activities 1day before departure: NO REFUND.
FULL REFUND will be given under 2 conditions:
1. The Philippine Coast Guard CANCEL or STOP Activities Due To Bad Weather.
2. Medical Condition (Must Have Proof By Medical Doctor) . Boracay Adventures Travel N Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances.
