For Day Tour Guests:

Full Refund or Rescheduling: Available if you notify us via email or text at least 24 hours before the activity day. Please note that any bank service charges are not refundable.
Late Cancellations: No refunds or rescheduling options for notifications received less than 24 hours before the activity day.

Cancellation by Boracay Adventures Travel N Tours:

Before Tour Commencement: If we cancel the tour for any reason, including bad weather, you’re entitled to a full refund or an option to reschedule (subject to slot availability).
After Tour Commencement: If the tour has started and we must cancel, abort, or cut it short due to unforeseen circumstances including bad weather, there will be no refunds or rescheduling options.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to Show: If you do not arrive on time for the tour, any payments made will be forfeited. If part of a group, the remaining balance for no-show participants will still be required.
